Steel-reinforced polystyrene with cement and fibreglass painted surfaces. Each globe approximately 2000mm diameter.
Opened February 19, 2018, this was the winning entry to the 4 Plinths Sculpture Project in 2017. The sculptures were in position for 2 years and the artwork will soon be shown at the Auckland Botanic Gardens, opening 2 September 2024 (images and further details forthcoming).
