Souvenir (Je Reviens)

Cast aluminium Eiffel Towers, metal pins in feet. Installation dimensions variable.

First exhibited in The Boundary Rider, 9th Biennale of Sydney, curator Anthony Bond, 1992-93. Also in the group exhibition Alter/Image: Feminism and Representation in New Zealand, Wellington City Gallery and Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki. Curators Deborah Lawler-Dormer and Christina Barton, 1993.

Completely remade (new moulds and casts) in 2023, the work was exhibited in Berlin at MyBerlinWall, and again as part of the solo exhibition Flashback in GUSTAV Gallery, Herne.
